Paradox Example No.1:
You have everything and nothing.
Paradox Example No.2:
It is both, It is neither
Paradox Example No.3:
Everything goes on forever yet everything only ever exists right now.
Seeing paradox in life is the ability to be able to see BOTH sides of the argument equally allowing us to see both sides from a ‘centred’ point of view. Only once we see things from BOTH sides, can we truly be at a place of power and truth.
IF you can really grasp the feeling of what you experience when your mind tries to wrap itself around these unsolvable dilemmas, it’s like a mind-shut down experience. I feel myself kind of, step back from my body and become instantly silent inside, an instant stillness of mind, an instant peace.
Imagine if you could cultivate that peace in the most TURBULENT of worldly circumstances. Family drama, picking up a girl at a club or a life or death emergency. Sometimes in life or death emergencies the body is forced to turn the mind off and go into action-man mode. “I’m not a hero, I just did what anyone else would’ve done.”
Here is a good paradox
‘How does it feel?’ – How can you answer that with truth?
How you FEEL is just how you feel. You don’t need to use words. Although it’s not a true paradox, it’s a question that can lead you closer to one.
Questions like these are very useful. Questions lead to the root of who you are, they lead to the truth of what you are all about in the very moment.
If you ever come to a barrier in life, it’s just a matter of asking yourself questions.
Say something becomes hard, like trying to pick up. Nothing is working. Why? Why are you finding it hard? What do you have to believe in order for you to experiences ‘hardness’.
Life is easy or life can be hard. It is a choice at the end of the day.
One misconception about passion people seem to have, is that they have to have passion for a ‘thing’ or some idea or goal they have going for them that they think will make them happy. Sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly, this passion fades away. The key to passion, is to have passion for the passion. How simple is that? Just have pure passion for passion itself! That means you MIGHT change what your goals are but with a consistent awareness on who you are, you see and have a more clear overall VIEW on what does excite you in a longer lasting sense.
Eliminating Trivial Rubbish
My existential realisation is what keeps me happy through out the sleeping masses of falseness, fear, doubt and uncertainty. Scarcity is an idea, never a truth. Death is a process of nature, not the end of ones life.
Paradox: We’re already dead, yet we have yet to be born. We’re physically awake, yet our souls are in a deep slumber.
Existence is an experience. My eyes, ears, senses, are just electrical impulses floating through my brain at the end of the day. What is real? All I really know in this world is me. Being and experience is the same thing, I’m just being one with the same moment in time, the very moment, the only moment, it’s just I’m looking at the same moment through different viewpoints, different experiences, different impulses, different circumstances. Who I am and the moment right now is forever, yet only ever exists in this moment.
The ‘I am Everyone, everyone is me’ paradox
It sounds quite solipsistic, in which only the ‘self’ exists… of course, in a way, that’s the only thing we can prove to exist. However, if we look at whole world, with billions of individuals and we call this big complex group 1 person, we are all one, imagine the amount of dysfunction and pain that would dissipate. One person, interacting and flowing as a community in touch with who it really is… the depth and truth of its existence totally aware of itself. This could be a great way to end all wars and poverty in one hit.
Would you start a war between your hand and foot? It’s complete madness – we’re all just different parts of the 1 species, the 1 whole, the singular body. Would you also leave some areas of your body malnourished if you were AWARE of the death and pain caused by ignoring it? I like to brush my teeth and eat healthy.
Awareness
Being aware of what’s going on is inclusive of EVERYTHING. The greater your own awareness in general, the more you are going to learn, grow, give, understand, relate and take advantage of everything around you.
To be aware and expand is to be inclusive, not exclusive, it is to integrate, not segregate.
How does it feel?
Get excited
Why?
Because whatever it is that makes you excited, is who you really are, your true path to take in life, the one way to overcome any fear, to overcome any doubt, to overcome any belief is to use your imagination to conceive something that excites you because the passion for excitement, the passion for passion does not require any beliefs, just that you be yourself and feel it. Use your imagination to start you off. What excites you?
How does it feel?
Have fun with it and let your excitement lead you into a new realm of growth and learning. Don’t forget, you can ask yourself these questions at ANY time, in ANY circumstance. Following what excites you is the core of keeping it real, doing what you want to do, when you want to do it. Search deep for the paradox, let it expand your mind into a realm that you’ve never been, again and again. Make it second nature and it will teach you much about the power of your creativity, gratitude and excitement, not that fear and scarcity isn’t VALID, it is, it’s EQUALLY valid. It is to become more aware of the choices you have, to INCLUDE ALL aspects of life, ALLOWING you to stand in your centre, your true core being.
