Dissolving the Ego

Underneath everyones ego lies an intense inner sense of self…

Sure there might be some layers, but from my perspective anyone can penetrate them with pure openness and a non-judgmental attitude.

Whether it be yours or someone else’s.

Everyone has the ability to be present in the world.

I like to give off the vibe that EVERYONE around me is able to be present as much as I am…

I sear through peoples egos with burning laser eyes and let them know we’re all similar and at peace when we’re present with the moment.

Confidence is an illusory addition to yourself

Realise that confidence isn’t an addition to yourself.

It’s a label put on someone who has nothing to hold them back.

Unburdened.

Free.

Released from fear and insecurity.

These things grip you, infact, internally you girp on to them.

It’s just a matter of letting go.

Just for one moment, let go of it all and just be on a plane of intense unbridled love for everything there is…

confidence

Everything is covered in lube and you’re on a trajectory course straight to the g-spot

Once you’ve solidified what you would like to happen, thinking about that goal becomes unnecessary.

Like, “DAMN, that is awesome. I want that!

Cool, well I know what I want now, no need to thinking about it.

Just be TOTALLY 100% open to letting it happen.”

Constantly thinking about it, even if it’s like a fantasy and you really enjoy thinking about it, will stop what you want from happening.

Constant thought closes the door.

You want that baby wide open.

Be open.

Consciousness is opening the lungs of the soul

A lot of people label ‘thinking’ with being conscious.

‘Thinking’ to yourself is actually almost 100% unconscious.

‘Thought’ dissolves the moment,

Conversely though,

the moment dissolves ‘thought’.

You are not your thoughts, emotions or body.

Cool. I’m down with that.

These things are all controllable when they are not who you are…

It’s like you have the ability to do anything you want with them.

Your body becomes a remote control car.

You feel like your arms can come out of your arms.

Sometimes it’s like I’m sitting 2ft. above my own head like a 3rd person video game doing whatever I like….

You feel the energy in the room.

You appreciate that everything, people, objects are all awesome and you appreciate it all.

The only thing you don’t appreciate is the spoiling of the moment

rude or drunken behaviour etc….

Peace
